Iman Naqvi

Iman is a seasoned investor and operator with a passion for scaling innovative companies. She began her career at K1 Investment Management, a $13B private equity firm, where she evaluated and executed growth capital and buyout investments in enterprise software companies.

Her investment experience deepened at Main Street Advisors, where she sourced and executed venture capital investments as a Senior Associate. She then pivoted to operations at TechStyle Fashion Group, serving as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Fashion Brands. There, she played a pivotal role in restructuring the organization and building a new executive team, including stepping in as interim Chief Merchandising Officer. This hands-on operational experience continued in her role as consultant Chief of Staff at VChief, where she helped companies optimize their strategic operations.

Iman holds a BA in Economics and Legal Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
